Fantastic Central Stay!

quiet sideeasy walkpublic transportamazing location
The location was amazing! It was an easy walk to the city center, ferries, and trains, so convenient. We used public transport to explore everywhere, and it worked perfectly. The side of the hotel facing the Convention Center was also nice and quiet.
The room service is provided by a nearby restaurant, but it was not always available, which caught us out once on a late arrival.

The location is very good. It is close to elizabeth quay station. reception was efficient and provided maps about the area. That was helpful. the temperature management of the room worked well. i think the location is a great choice!
I noted that the furniture in the room did not match and looked like mismatched pieces. the lounge was uncomfortable and sat low to the ground. I found it difficult to relax there.

Adequate stay with some issues

dirty bathroomconfusing car park
The bathroom definitely showed its age. It didn't appear very clean upon arrival (i SAW some hairs on the floor). Adjusting the shower temperature was difficult. It swung quickly from very hot to very cold. I also found the entry to the car park confusing and ended up parking under the convention center.
